Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for online shoe purchases only. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes, unmarked and untaped. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on headpieces, jewellery, wedding collections, money boxes or dyed shoes.

Any unworn, unwashed or defective shoe may be returned for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges) up to 15 days after the date of receipt. Refunds will be issued on the same date as we receive the items. Refunds will be made to the same credit card used for the purchase.

25% restocking fee applies on returned shoes from Benjamin Adams and Dianne Lynn.

All international orders will be returnable at customer's expense.
